Need A Neighbor and Neighbor Know-How are community platforms designed to help neighbors connect, learn, and support one another. Need A Neighbor offers a space for posting and accepting small jobs and neighborly help. Neighbor Know-How provides a community bulletin board where neighbors share skills, host small gatherings, and offer in-person how-to experiences. We are not the employer, supervisor, organizer, or insurer of any activity arranged between participants on either platform.

All hosts, helpers, workers, attendees, and households are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, legality, safety, and appropriateness of any engagement, class, job, lesson, or gathering. We do not provide insurance, bonding, certification, or guarantees of outcomes. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Optional background-check and verification features, as well as AI-assisted content moderation, are offered as helpful tools only and do not constitute endorsements, approvals, or assurances of safety. Content is user-generated and may not be pre-screened. Please communicate clearly, use good judgment, and prioritize safety and respect in all interactions.
